Southern California All Military Academies Ball

The Southern California Naval Academy Parent Association hosted the ball on

Friday, December 26th at the Anaheim Marriot.  Hugh Hewitt was the guest speaker, and many USMMA parents and midshipmen attended. A special thank you to Rande & Terry Johnson for donating items for the silent auction and for assembling the goody bags for our cadets in attendance.

February: The annual parent meeting & assembling of midshipmen care packages will be held in Orange County, just in time for finals. More details to follow.

Welcome Aboard!

With the age-old traditional mariner's greeting, we salute you as your family embarks on a grand new chapter in its chronicles. Whether you are a Kings Point Appointee or a "busting at the seams" Proud Kings Point Parent, we heartily salute you all, for without the backing, support, and example of the family, the new Midshipmen could not have arrived at this milestone in his or her life. As always, all new voyages begin with a small step -- enjoy your journey!

The Mission of USMMA Southern California Parents Association is to promote and support the Academy, its goals, programs and objectives, its Regiment of Midshipmen, faculty, staff and alumni.

We serve as a support organization for Plebe Candidates, their families, and all Midshipmen and their families during their years at the Academy. Our primary focus is to keep our California Midshipmen supported and encouraged while they are so far from home, and to help network between both them at the Academy and us parents here. We ask that you do what you can to participate and support our Club, and enjoy the friendships that can be lifelong.
